Zepp Z has succeeded in providing an impressive high-quality display with an AMOLED touchscreen and 454×454 resolution. An ECG version of the Zepp Z smartwatch is available in China. However, the Zepp Z with ECG costs you few more bucks. As of now, this feature is not available in the USA till the FDA clinically validates it. If you are looking for an FDA-approved ECG watch, check our latest article on the best ECG smartwatches in 2021.
This smartwatch can also track your various sleep stages (deep, light, and REM), including evening naps. Based on your sleep quality, it gives you a sleep score.
