The latest Michael kores smartwatch comes with a 43mm case and touchscreen full AMOLED display, but less bright than its rivals from Amazfit. The design is similar to the Fossil Gen 5E smartwatch, but it has a lighter, smaller, and more stylish look with MK logo-embossed silicone strap.
It weighs about 70 g which is lightweight enough for your daily use. However, the weaker point of this watch is that it does not have an always-on display, so you must press the side button to turn on the display.
Operating System and Processor
The Michael Kors MKGO Gen 5E smartwatch is powered by Google Wear OS and uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 3100 processor. Mobvoi recently released a Google OS smartwatch powered by the latest Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 4100 processor.
As Google Wear OS powers this watch, you can enjoy many apps from the Google ecosystem, such as contactless payments by Google Pay, Google Assistant, Google Fit App, and other third-party apps.
The new Michael Kors MKGO Gen 5E is compatible with Android devices and iOS devices, but you won’t be able to use some functions when used with an iPhone. For instance, Google Pay, replying to messages from messenger or WhatsApp is only available when you use it with an android smartphone.

Health Tracking Features
The Michael Kors Sporty Smartwatch comes with an optical heart rate monitor that tracks your heart rate accurately all day long. However, it does not alert you in case of an abnormal heart rate like an Apple watch or Galaxy Watch 3.
Moreover, the smartwatch also has a sleep monitoring feature that allows you to set your goals for the whole night. Every morning, it will provide you with detailed sleep data on Google Fit App. You can use this data as an indicator of how well you are sleeping at night. This allows you to adjust your daily routine or diet for better sleep if needed.
Fitness Tracking Features
This fashion-focused fitness tracking smartwatch comes with some cool fitness tracking features. It automatically tracks activity goals, steps, and heart rate during various activities. It does not have a built-in GPS functionality like the Samsung Galaxy smartwatch or Apple watch.
The only downside of this fashion-focused smartwatch is that it doesn’t have a built-in GPS, so location tracking and workout tracking are done by using your smartphone GPS, which is not convenient.
Additionally, it also has a Yoga tracking mode that monitors your heart rate, calories, and other fitness metrics as you practice.
It is waterproof up to 50 meters which makes it suitable for most water environments.
