It seems that Google-owned Fitbit is near to launch a new series of luxury fitness trackers under the name of Fitbit Luxe. The WinFuture, a German website, recently leaked images of the upcoming Fitbit Luxe fitness tracker, which seems to stand for “Fitbit Luxury.”

On top of that, Fitbit previously introduced a collection of elegant jewellery (gold or silver coated) pieces for its Fitbit Flex 2 Series under the name of “Luxe”.
Design and Display of Fitbit Luxe
In the leaked images, the upcoming Fitbit Luxe looks like Fitbit Inspire 2 or Fitbit Flex 2. However, it has given a nice and sleek fashionable design. The case of the fitness tracker is coated with gold, silver or black color.
The leak by WinFuture also suggests that the Fitbit Luxe will host an OLED colour display rather than a grayscale display on other Bitbit fitness trackers such as in Fitbit Inspire and Fitbit Charge Series. An attractive bezel-free curved display is clearly visible on the leaked images. Unfortunately, as of now, no further details about display specifications available.
Available colours: Black, Soft Gold, white & Platinum and Orchid.

Health Tracking Features
When it comes to fitness tracking and health tracking features, the Fitbit Luxe incorporates a “balanced health in an elegant design.” It features a heart rate monitor that tracks your heart rate throughout the day. It also vibrates when the targeted heart rate zone reached, which is very handy.
Leaked images also confirms that it boards guided breathing in addition to sleep tracking and stress monitoring.
Fitness Tracking Features
The recent Fitbit Luxe leak also suggests that it doesn’t have an in-built GPS, but it has connected GPS to track your outdoor activities like walking, running, etc. We do not have much information about the waterproofing ratings of the new wearable. However, all recent Fitbit wearables are waterproof up to 50 meters, and this device may also have the same waterproof ratings.
Price and Availability
There is no confirmation about its price and availability. However, we believe that it will be priced between the Fitbit Inspire 2 and Fitbit Charge 4, around $100-130.
Most companies usually leak the images of the devices a couple of months before their release. We think that Fitbit will release its new wearable soon, probably within a couple of months.
Based on the available information, there is nothing new to offer on this device. The colour OLED colour display is not a valid reason to upgrade. Apparently, they are serving the exact wine in a different container.
